They did a great job. The kitchen floor was large with an island and cut- ins for appliances and 4 thresholds. The owner was there every day. Not a subcontractor or crew. Finished the job with no "loose ends". If you want it right the first time and for a long time use Buds.

I used Angie’s list to contract with Jerry Ogilvie. We met and discussed what needed to be done. Jerry was upfront with and detailed the approximate costs, and any additional costs that may be incurred. His estimate was accurate. The work began in November 2019. Skip ahead to 2020...The bathroom looks beautiful! Jerry is extremely punctual and devotes his time to completing one job before moving on to the next. He pays close attention to all the details and addresses customer satisfaction with professionalism.

We had a stand up shower in our basement completely gutted and tiled. It came out beautiful! Gerald is a perfectionist and we get many compliments on his behalf. Gerald was also on time, and very thorough with any questions we had along the way seeing that this was our first project in our new house. He took his time explaining all options for us. Grout color, tile setting, tile size, and layout are all important in planning which Gerald helped us with. Pricing was honest and the quality was top notch. Our house will have amazing re-sale value because of that bathroom. Thank you! Looking forward to re-hiring on the next bathroom remodel upstairs =)

Work went very quickly considering the size of the room. He was done in a day and a half. Very clean with no dust. He installed plastic covering at the entrances of the room to minimize plaster and grout dust. He worked very quickly removing broken tiles around the entire perimeter of the room and applying an overcoat to give us an even surface for the vinyl covering that I am having installed.

Gerald is a true professional! From start to finish he told me what the plan was and what he was going to do step by step. Gerald was always prompt and on time for the day. Gerald is a perfectionist and it shows in his finished product. He is honest about the job to be done and gives great advice on what will be best for your project. During my remodel my other bathroom 'sprung a leak' flooding the downstairs. This is not related to anything Gerald did! It just happened. Gerald took care of the problem saving me to call someone. A true professional and hero to me. Gerald is very fair with his pricing. I would give Gerald a 10 out of 10! He always cleaned up at the end of the day. I highly recomend Gerald. You can't go wrong with Gerald!

Spent 2 years looking for someone to install a tile heated kitchen floor. Wasn't impressed by anyone we had consulted with so on a recommendation decided to try Angie's List. We found Jerry ( Bud) had some great reviews and lived in our area so we gave him a call. He met with us within a few days and really seemed to know the ins and outs of the installation we were looking for. We are more then happy with the results. Jerry was on time everyday, cleaned up at the end of each day and always gave us a run down on what to expect each day. Floor looks fantastic, keeps the entire downstairs warm, and changed the whole look of the kitchen. He made some great suggestions along the way that tied everything together. Would def use him again!
